66 projects, representing nearly £3 billion of public infrastructure assets, have benefitted from SFT's contract management and PPP hand back support, helping public sector organisations protect asset value, manage risk and maximise long term value from infrastructure investments

Seven surplus public sector sites have been supported for disposal, generating £5 million in capital receipts, enabling public bodies to reinvest resources, reduce holding costs and make more effective use of public assets
