First Minister John Swinney recently marked the start of construction on the first phase of the Granton Waterfront regeneration project in Edinburgh, one of Scotland’s largest net zero housing developments. The project has been enabled by the Place Accelerator, which was developed by our Place, Housing and Economic Investment team in partnership with Scottish Government and The City of Edinburgh Council.
