The South East-Regional Delivery Alliance is demonstrating a new approach to affordable housing by combining collaboration, repeatable designs and modern methods of construction.
Supported by SFT, its first projects at Wallyford in East Lothian and Burdiehouse in Edinburgh will deliver 109 homes, while reducing duplication, sharing expertise and creating a faster, more efficient model that could be applied across future developments.
